I have a solid shank and need to reduce the rattle/movement.

Since there isn't a anti-rattle hitch lock combo that fits solid shank ball mounts you'd need to go with separate items to accomplish both. The part # GY88XR fits really tight so it would not be my first choice as it is known to be challenging. Instead, I'd use the part # e99007 which will fit much easier and work better overall as well.
Then for a hitch lock you could use the part # BD580400 and you'd be set.
