The Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carrier # MPG117MD will fit your 2019 Toyota Rav4 only if the crossbar spread on your factory crossbars is at least 24". They are designed to fit most types of crossbars, including round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
If your factory bars don't meet this crossbar spread requirement, this and most other kayak carriers will not work. If your RAV4 has factory installed raised rails, you can replace your factory crossbars with a roof rack that can meet the crossbar spread requirement. I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711400 with the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. This roof rack will allow you adjust the crossbar placement along your roof rails to accommodate the crossbar spread requirements of any accessories you want to use.
