Hi! Looking at some 2inch ratchet straps with twisted snap hooks. The hooks are tall and I am concerned they may not fit very good into the d-rings.

The ring of the CargoSmart Rope Ring for E-Track or X-Track - 2,000 lbs # 3481767 has an outer diameter of 2 inches and an inner diameter of 1-1/2 inch. It's hard to say for certain if the hooks you mentioned would work or not but with the dimensions you should be able to get a pretty good idea.
