Can these rims be used on a pickup?

After speaking with my contact at Dexstar, I discovered the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheels # AM20747 are not compatible for pickup trucks and are meant solely for use with trailers. This product is not Dept. of Transportation-approved for anything other than a trailer.
Trailer wheels are not built to support passenger vehicles, both in weight and distances traveled. Automotive wheels are built for higher tolerances in both categories.
