How does the gear box attach to the acme screw, do you sell the screw separately or do i need to buy the rebuild kit? Sorry for the dumb questions but im fabricating a power lift to enter and exit my truck. Im handicapped and to purchase a lift is about $5000.00 ! With your assistance Ill build one for less than $800.00. Thank you for help !!!

The Replacement Dual Output Motor for Bulldog Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear # BD500359 is 7.75 x 6.50 x 4.75 Inches. The speed of the motor is either 45 RPM or 60 RPM on high speed which on high speed will give you 9 inches of lift per minute. The compatibility is actually a difficult question as the Bulldog system has been discontinued but replaced with a similar Reese System.
The Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear Set - 36" Lift - 8,000 lbs # RP500708 is the complete landing gear set that can have the motors inverted for clearances if desired. That is the only fit I know of for this motor. The screw fits specifically in this motor and the mount is also specific.
