This is going to replace the dual output motor for your Bulldog electric fifth wheel landing gear. This will work for both the 7,000-pound capacity set and 10,000-pound capacity set. And because this is a direct replacement from Bulldog, you can trust this is going to be exactly what you need.
You're not gonna have to worry about fit issues or compatibility problems. It's gonna mount right in place of the original and plug right in just like the original did. I have used the Bulldog jacks for my RV for about 2 or 3 years. I have a 36 ft 5th wheel and although I had a failure in the motor, the company warrantied them and sent me Replacements without much ado. I was required to pay return shipping which can be a little pricey for a heavy item for the both motors it was $30 but I'm happy to have two brand new replacement motors and that's not too much to pay. I would have a good review for this product.
I noticed one of my landing gear motors was slower than the other and making an unhappy noise. Etrailer had it in stock and sent it right out. The part arrived damaged. I called them up and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. A replacement arrived quickly. These folks are serious about their business and customers! I will not hesitate to order from them when I need RV parts.
This small unit is very strong, I actually integrated this gear motor to a side mount jack for a camper. I had some custom shafts made to be able to join the two units. Works like a charm. With this motor on a real jack, the junk scissor jacks that come on a camper are now gone. 4 of these setup on my design actually will pickup the entire camper (9,000 lbs).
