Before I order Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 16K Item # DM6076P-16K , Is it compatible with my 2020 RAM 3500 with dealer installed ISR rails? Tnx for confirming.

Your 2020 Ram 3500 is compatible with the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076P-16K, but by ISR I'm not sure if you are talking about standard base rails or the 5th wheel prep package on the truck, which is the puck system.

So just to be thorough, here is what you will need in your 2020 Ram 3500 to use the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076P-16K:

- Standard Above-Bed Base Rails such as the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Semi-Custom Install Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM47VR

OR

- For the 5th Wheel Prep Package: Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099

Also, if you don't have one you will need a 5th wheel wiring harness for your 2020 Ram 3500, the Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # DM8555002.
