I finally got around to installing this kit and found that the filler cap for the brake fluid reservoir is cracked. I does not tighten properly so I have secured the cap with tape. Is it possible to get a replacement cap?

We do have a replacement filler cap for the HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness # HS381-9065 you have.
To replace the cap what you need is the Replacement Filler Cap for HBA-Series Hydrastar Actuators # HBA-BC.
