Can the system be securely locked so that it cannot be used by any unauthorized person?

The # STC-V211 would be similar to a standard trailer jack with a wheel caster and it does not have a lock specifically for it, but you could use a wheel lock on one of the trailer wheels like with # RA-25 and you'd prevent the trailer from moving similar to if the wheel of the jack was locked.
