Curt 2inch Trailer Hitch - Bumper Mount - 8-3/4inch Bolt Pattern - 5,000 lbs GTW Item # E-3S Will fit my 2003 Ford F-150 crewcab 5.4L V8 I understand some holds might be drilled just want to know if will fit under this bumper

To see if the # E-3S would fit the mounting holes of your 2003 Ford F-150 you'd need to compare the dimensions you see in the attached picture with what you have on your truck. This is a universal fit hitch solution so we don't have specific fit info for it on vehicles.
Best option would be a frame mounted hitch like the Draw Tite part # 37130 which we can guarantee is a fit and also will have much higher towing capacities.
