Question:

Can I pull a camper while I have two bikes on the bike rack? Do I have to have the adapters for womens bikes? Will the 64005 work?

You can use the Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH88VR you mentioned on your 2014 Ford Edge while towing your camper. However you will most likely need to use an extended ball mount to make sure you have enough clearance so you don't run the risk of hitting the bikes, rack, trailer jack or propane tanks.

If you provide me with the ball mount size, how much rise or drop you have I can make a recommendation for an extended ball mount.

To carry women's bikes, kid's bikes or alternative frame bikes on the Thule Gateway Pro you will most likely need an adapter bar, the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 should work well.

Another option is to carry your bikes on a trailer mounted bike rack. I think this is a better option because you won't need a longer ball mount, and nothing attaches to your Edge. The Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756 is a very popular option to take your bikes while you tow. The other nice thing about this rack is how it holds the bikes down, it holds them down by the wheels so no adapter is needed and it can carry any style bike.
