There are not custom brackets for a 1993 Chevy C/K 2500. If you have Reese rails, then I recommend the Reese Universal Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches (No Base Rails) - 10 Bolt # RP30439 or the entire kit # RP30035 if you don't know the rail brand as it isn't recommended to mix brands.
If you have Curt rails, then use # C16101.
