Question:
Is it ok to use 30-33inch covers on 225/75 15 tires
asked by: Stanley
Expert Reply:
Your 225/75-15 tires are 28.3 inches diameter, so 30-33 inch covers will not fit tight. They will cover the tires to protect them, but won't be the fit you likely are seeking as they will have far too much slack in every dimension.
Instead, I recommend the Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Cover - Double Axle - 27" to 29" Diameter - Vinyl - White - Qty 1 # 290-3923 you asked from if you are seeking dual wheel covers or # 290-3953 for a set of wheel covers which are my preference.
