Best Bike Rack for E-Bike With Fenders & Class I 1-1/4 Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver

Question:
My ebike without the battery weight 55.4 pounds. I would like to know which rack will fit my Honda Insight class 1 hitch 1.25inch receiver. I am planning to take only one bike so do you recommend the Rola convoy even if it is a bit over the weight load? If not which one without spending too much money on this rack?

I went through each of the available bike racks trying to find a solution for you that would meet your requirement of not spending too much money, but the issue is the combination of the Class I, 1-1/4 inch receiver and an e-bike with fenders. The Convoy doesn't have the capacity you need, so that limits the options to just one bike rack, which is a premium rack, the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202.
This is the only rack that is going to work with a Class I hitch and and an e-bike with fenders, which is one of the reasons for its premium price tag. It also happens to be one of the best racks in the industry and you can make a case it is the top rack because of the convenience it offers.
The EasyFold XT has a nifty ramp so you can easily load your bike, allows for simple access to your vehicle's rear cargo area via a foot lever that you can press to tilt the rack down, and tightens in your hitch with the twist of a knob. IT also gives you security with integrated locks in the clamps that secure your bikes to the rack and a lock in the knob that secures the rack to your hitch.
This rack has a 65 lb per-bike capacity so it is more than enough for your bike, and I have added links to video reviews I recommend checking out of the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202.
