I need 2 red tail light lenses # 003-81, or generic replacement lenses that match.

While they are not as rounded the Replacement Lens for Bargman 92 Series Surface Mount Tail Lights part # 30-92-708 is the new replacement I believe you need.
Check out the linked picture showing the exact dimensions of it for verification.
