Both the Saris Bones 2 # SA805BL and the Saris Bones EX 3 # SA803 have an arched body that fits over most spoilers. They have been confirmed to fit your 2017 Toyota Rav4 but I do not have a test fit video to show how it installs.
I do have a video of the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier # HRF2 on a Rav4 and this rack is designed specifically for vehicles with spoilers. It is still a trunk mount but with a little different design. I've included the video if you wanted to take a look! Both will be good options.
