Recommended Bike Rack for E-Bikes with 2-1/2 Trailer Hitch

Looking for a bike rack to carry two 60lb fat tire ebikes on the back of a Chevrolet truck with 2-1/2” hitch. Would also like to use the rack on the rear of a travel trailer from time to time, that has 2” hitch. What do you suggest?

I have the perfect bike rack option in the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Platform Rack part # HLY64FR which has an 80 lb per bike weight capacity and can be used with a 2-1/2" hitch if you obtain the Hollywood Racks Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve part # HRHA-2.
In regards to carrying e-bikes on a travel trailer, this is not possible since there are no bike racks which are heavy duty enough for e-bikes that can be used on a trailer.
