Do you know if the new Evo fit kit will work with my older 480R Traverse base? Its for a 2011 Jetta but I have the older rack from a prior vehicle.

For your 2011 VW Jetta, the Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # TH710501 are needed to use the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH145016. The fit kit is not compatible with the 480R Traverse feet. Thule has upgraded their systems so the new fit guide will only work with the new feet. The feet however will fit the older AeroBlade Crossbars as well as the newer WingBar # TH711420, SquareBar # TH712400, and ProBar # TH713600.
