Replacement Reese Trunnion Spring Bar for System with 1,200 lb Tongue Weight Rating

Question:
I believe this is the correct replacement however I don’t see a part number on my remaining bar , only says Reese V5 1,200 / 12000 total . Looks the same as well . How can I confirm before ordering ?
