Question:

Using the Yakima TimberLine system and round bars currently on my Toyota 2007 4 Runner, what new length load bars would be needed to attach 2 Hullavator racks and do the racks fit round bars without any needed adapters? Thanks!

The Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 takes up about 28.5" on the crossbar so to fit 2 sets of the Hullavator Pro on your roof rack you're going to need at least the 58" Round CrossBars # Y8810023. The Hullavator does come with hardware that allows you to mount it directly to round bars so you don't need to worry about that part.

With that being said there are a few things that you need to be mindful of; the Hullavator weighs in at 40 lbs so if you're using 2 sets then that means you're eating up 80 lbs out of the 165 lb roof rack weight capacity. Also, in order to use the Hullavator, 4-8" of crossbar overhang is required on each side.
