Do the screen replacement for the Maxxair II vent come with the plastic retainer to hold them in place inside the vent??

Retainers are not included with the Replacement Bug Screen for MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Covers # MA10-20121.
This part comes with just the screen, which will snap into the vent cover.
