Correct Yakima Crossbar Length for 2016 Ford Edge With Panoramic Glass Roof

Question:

Hi - I found your answer to this already, but is suggest using the 50 inch cross-bars, but when I inesrt my vehicle it suggests 60 inch cross bars... will either work - the 60 inch just gives more room up there?

I checked with Yakima, and the correct length of crossbars for your 2016 Ford Edge is 60 inches; the 50 inch length will be too small.

For your '16 Edge with a panoramic glass roof, the Yakima roof rack system that fits is made up of the following parts:

- Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426 (Black)
- BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y28TR
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06102
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06139
- Same Key System Lock Cores (Optional) # Y07204
