what i have is old B78-13 ST load range C what will replace these tires

The size of the older B78-13 trailer tires translates to the current 175/80-13 trailer tire size. The best 175/80-13 load range C tire to replace them is the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM1758013C.

Of all the tires of this size and load range, this Provider has the best tread depth (10/32") and speed rating (81 mph) for the best grip and performance.

do you sell this with tire and rim combo 5 to 41/2 bolt pattern

We do indeed carry the Provider # TTWTRTM1758013C in a tire/wheel combo with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. I particularly like it with the white spoke wheel # AM20232.
