I recently purchased a LC door switch model 378054. However, this switch has the reverse polarity to what I need. Can you tell me what the part number is for the switch that I need which looks just like 378054?

The opposite of the part # LC378054 that you referenced is the white switch setup part # LC379400 which will work perfectly for you since the # LC378054 was opposite of what you need. The white switch is normally closed and the black is normally open.
