Does Braking System that's Ran to Vehicle Battery Get Shut Off if Powered by Disconnected Battery

By following the manufacturers requirement to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery on the 2015 Yukon, that essentially kills the battery, yet the wire hook-up for the emergency kill switch is to that same battery. So, how do we power the brakes to come on in the event of a disconnection with the coach with the negative cable of the battery disconnected? What am I missing here? Something simple, Im sure, but thanks in advance for your help. I am in the process of installing the SBS Air Force One braking system, and watched the tech hookup of the emergency wires to the vehicle battery, that will not be in service while traveling. Thank you for your response. My order:

When you disconnect the negative post of a battery you do not render the battery unusable as only the vehicle's power system is shut off. The battery itself can still provide current to accessories still attached to it like the systems you mentioned.
