I read that this doesn’t fit women’s Bikes but the video says it can support them. Is there a different way to mount a women’s bike?

Yes the SportRack 3 bike carrier part # SR3152 can carry womens bikes but you do need to use a bike frame adapter bar like part # UB01 as this gives the rack a horizontal top tube to attach to. I attached a picture that shows this as well as a link to a review video on this adapter as well.
