The Timbren # TFR1502D is indeed a fit for your 2013 Ford F-150. This Timbren kit won't increase the capacity of your suspension/vehicle, but it will add support for up to 5000 lbs. If the 1360 some-odd pounds of weight bearing down on your rear suspension (1000 lbs from cargo + estimated 360 lbs trailer tongue weight) will be a pretty consistent amount, this would be a good choice for you.

However, if the weight will vary, or occasionally you'll just be towing with no cargo or have the truck bed loaded without towing, an adjustable solution like air bags would be a better choice because you can add or remove air from the system as your load changes. The Timbren is a completely passive system that won't come into effect until the rear suspension compresses by about 1 to 1-1/2 inches.

If you'd rather have the flexibility to adjust the rear suspension according to the load you're dealing with, I'd recommend the Firestone Ride Rite # F2525 kit.

A compressor kit like # BDW41003 might also come in handy.

I've linked to an install video for the air bag system and a demonstration video for the Timbren Aeon springs.
