Will this air system work with an f550 4x4 that has a 3.5inch lift?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57345 which is a fit for a 2018 Ford F-550 Cab and Chassis would work with a lift installed but you'd need to install a spacer to compensate for this lift. The Lift Spacers part # F2367 would work with the above kit and get you within range.
