Larger Replacement for a 4.80-12 5-Lug Trailer Tire and Wheel
Question:
I have a single jet ski trailer that currently has 4.80 x 12inch Tires and wheels on it. I would like to replace the tires and wheels with something bigger, and a wider tire. What size tire and wheel can i replace these with, without having to buy a new axle and hubs.

I have several options to upgrade 4.80-12 wheel/tires on a trailer without replacing hubs, ranging from 13" - 15". The best option will really come down to how much space you have available and this will be different for each trailer. The Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel part # AM31952 would be a good option assuming you have the correct amount of space for the 24" diameter x 7" wide dimensions. If you need larger fenders to accommodate this new size, the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender part # F008543 would be a great option.
