The Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger - Dual Input - DC to DC - 12V/24V - 40 Amp # 331-BCDC1240D will work well on a Class C vehicle. The unit will charge your secondary battery and allow you to use solar panels for charging as well. It works on a wide variety of battery styles and the installation instructions will help you with installation. I do recommend using the 60-Amp MIDI Fuse Kit for Redarc In-Vehicle 40-Amp BCDC Battery Charger # 331-FK60. Redarc does recommend using 6 gauge wire like for runs up to 16 feet and 4 gauge if the run is longer. I recommend using the Bulldog # BDW20307 for this wiring.

The Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller - 200 Watt Solar Panel # 34282610 you referenced can be used instead of the BCDC charger or combined with the BCDC charger. It will mount to your vehicle roof if you so desire. My recommendation for that application is the Go Power Overlander Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller - 190 Watt Solar Panel # 34282181 which is designed specifically for that function versus the portable function of the panel you asked from. This will have wire and connectors designed for that use as well as mounting brackets specifically designed for that panel and

For 24 feet long, you can use Bulldog Winch Rear Wiring Kit - Quick Connect to Terminal End - 3 Gauge - 24' Long # BDW20026 For 20 feet, you can cut down the 24 foot option or use the Bulldog Winch Rear Wiring Kit - Quick Connect to Terminal End - 2 Gauge - 20' Long # BDW20206. For 16 feet use the Bulldog Winch Rear Wiring Kit - Quick Connect to Terminal End - 3 Gauge - 16' Long # BDW20043.
