Yes. The # 3063-P is the correct wiring harness to use when wiring in a brake controller like the Tekonsha P3 # 90195, or most other brake controllers. This harness will plug into the green 4 pin plug located under the driver's seat of your 2019 Sprinter. I've attached a photo to show this plug's location as well.
