If my front wheel is lifting up too much, what should I do?

Assuming that the weight of your trailer is within the capacity your weight distribution system, you would need to adjust the system so that more force is applied to your spring bars. Try tilting the angle of your weight distribution head back further toward the trailer. This will apply more leverage to the spring bars, and should apply more weight to the front axle of your tow vehicle.
I would recommend consulting the instructions that came with your system, and reviewing the set-up instructions. You might need to reset the system from scratch. If you no longer have the instructions, I would be happy to get you a copy if you tell me the model number and manufacturer of your system.
