Can you use to pull trailer with golf cart on it without any other fabrication

The main purpose of the Swagman Bumper Mount Adapter, # S64025, is to carry a bike rack behind your RV and it should not be used for towing.

Instead, I would recommend installing a universal RV trailer hitch like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch, # 13703, if you are looking for a hitch for an RV. This hitch will fit frames 22 inches to 72 inches wide and it has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and a 350 lb tongue weight capacity.

For a bumper mounted receiver, you can look at the Curt Bumper Mount Receiver, # E-100, as long as your bumper is rated to tow a small trailer. I recommend checking your owners manual or with your dealer to see if your bumper can handle towing a trailer.
