Question:

Anti Sway Option with this hitch/vehicle combo? Since the manual indicates no WDH for the 2020 Audi Q5, is there a no-drill anti sway option that we can use? Would a light-duty WDH with anti-sway be ok? Thanks!

There is an anti-sway option you can use for with your 2020 Audi Q5 and the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit # 391AUDQ518T.

It won't be a traditional weight distribution system but instead will need to be one that is put on your trailer. I recommend the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000.

This unit senses sway and will activate the brakes with the appropriate power in order to control sway that would otherwise occur. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
