If you're looking for just the bag, this is the one you need. etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps - Water Resistant - 20 cu ft - 59" x 24" x 24" Item # 988501. I've put our bag to the test! Don't worry about water getting inside the bag, after the test all the contents of the bag were bone dry.
If you don't have a roof rack you will want one because you will have a hard time strapping any bag you choose on your roof. Getting a roof rack system will help tremendously with strapping down the bag. If you have raised rails you need Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Qty 2 Item # RRRVP55.
I suggest a roof basket too, the one I would get would be our Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" Long x 40" Wide - 150 lbs Item # TH859XT. I've used many baskets and this is my pick of the litter. If you wanted it to be bigger later on, you can just buy the extension adding 20" to the overall length of the basket with each extension Item # TH8591XT.
