Question:
I HAVE A 30AMP CLASS C MOTOR HOME. THE AIR CONDITIONER I HAVE ON IT NOW IS A DOMETIC 13500. WOULD I BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT WITH A FURRION 15500. JUST WORRYING THAT IT WOULD USE TO MANY AMPS. I ALSO HAVE A DUCTED SYSTEM. CAN I REPLACE MY 13500 DOMESTIC WITH THE 1550 FURRION

You can absolutely use the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Brisk Setup - 15,000 Btu - White # FR42PV to directly replace your Dometic 13,500 ducted unit. You will simply use the same hardware to install that you remove from the Dometic unit. It will use the internal components of the old AC unit and it is designed as the replacement.
The unit will pull 15.4 amps when running and will work on your 30 amp Class C motorhome.
