Question:

Thanks to your helpful videos and articles, I think Ive put together almost everything I need to set up for flat towing RM-521453-5 base plate RM-676 tow bar SM99251 braking system 1480DAT receiver lock - but what Im not sure about is the diode wiring and stop light switch kit since the RM-676 is listed as coming with wiring. Ive seen a couple of different recommendations between various articles, for example the RM-15267 v. RM-154 diode wiring and the RM-751000 v. RM-751490 stop light wiring, but I see there are many other options I cant quite figure out the difference and benefit for each. What is the best set up for these 2 components to use the Jeeps lighting system with this particular tow bar for our towing needs and will I need anything else? Thank you!

Since you'll be using the Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow bar part # RM-676 the lighting solution I'd recommend would be the kit part # RM-9284-2 which comes with a diode kit for the lighting but also comes with a storage cover for the tow bar as well as locks for the tow bar and base plate kit.
