Question:

I have some Yakima q towers and bars that dont work with my subarus rails. Is there an adapter I can purchase to convert the 2.25inch in outback crossbars to the 1inch Yakima bars I have?

Yakima does have a way to install a set of their round crossbars like the part # Y00408 on the roof of your 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon with the parts # Y53TR, # Y03536, and # Y00241 and you'd be set.
