The Thule Replacement Underbar Plate, part # 853-5279, can be installed by using the Thule Replacement Tamperproof Screw, part # 853-5269. These tamperproof screws will need to be installed or removed by using the Thule Replacement Tamperproof Wrench, part # 853-5270-02. The wrench and the screws are specifically designed to only fit the Thule products.
