This is first 5th wheel. We have husky 15k hitch but need everything else for 1997 dodge 3500 dually with 8ft bed. Could you advise please?

Actually, B & W Hitch offer a reasonably priced 5th wheel bracket/rail kit that works with industry standard rail compatible hitches like your Husky. I'd recommend the # BWRVR3200 install kit. The bed rails are compatible with hitches from Reese, Draw-Tite, Husky, Curt , B & W, Demco and Valley among others.
If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can install one using part # C56001
