Replacement Converter for Magnetek 6300 in Suncrest 2500 RV

Question:

I have a 1987 Ford e-350 suncrest 2500 RV that has a magnetek 6300 model converter but its not getng any power at all nothing when its plugged up to generator or regular house plug whats the matter with it? Do I need to replace the converter because Ive checked everything no fuses are bad or nothing and if so what is the converter I need to upgrade it to a modern updated converter?

For a new converter, the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers part # PD4635V will be a direct upgrade replacement for the Magnetek Converter Series 6300 Model that you have now. It sounds like yours has an internal problem and would need to be replaced since it has power and the fuses of it aren't blown.
