I have 3 bikes with 4 inch fat tires. Can I mount all three 4 inch fat tires?

The Kuat # KU24FR Transfer can handle 3 bikes with tires up to 4-1/2 inches wide (with the # APBK adapter) weighing up to 40 lbs apiece.
