Is a Stability Strap Needed for the Curt Hitch On a 2005 Toyota Camry

My hitch requires the use of stabilizing straps with any carrier. How would I position and attach a strap or straps to this particular carrier? Car is 2005 Toyota Camry.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12339 which is a fit for a 2005 Toyota Camry does not require any sort of stability strap like the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories part # 18050. It was at one time required by the manufacturer for certain applications but that is not longer the case for this particular hitch.
