2010 Yakima Hullraiser onto a 2017 Subaru Outback

Question:
Hi, Will this conversion kit fit the integrated oval shaped crossbars of a 2017 Subaru Outback? My old Yakima Hullraiser came with Snap Arounds that only fit round or square bars.
