Question:
I recently purchased the Curt Echo wireless brake controller 51180. I have the factory installed tow package on my 2020 Ford Explorer. I followed the instructions as provided with the controller and no matter what I do I cannot get the LED to light up to connect to the app. The car is in park, I downloaded the app, bluetooth is on, and when I plug it into my 7-way power port nothing on the controller lights up and the app does not find it. I have tried this in normal driving mode and in towing driving mode. Is there anything else that I need to try before I return this?

You will want to make sure the 12v pin of your 7-way is getting power using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. This is the 1 o'clock pin position on your truck side connector. That pin when it has power should allow the Curt Echo # C51180 to have the LED light up.
I looked up your owners manual and it looks like fuse 57 is a 30 Amp fuse.
