As long as you stay under the weight capacity of your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica you are totally safe to tow the trailer weight you mentioned. So a 3,500 lb trailer would be safe to tow with your Pacifica that has a 3,600 lb towing capacity.

If you were looking for a trailer hitch the etrailer trailer hitch # e98903 that you referenced is a confirmed fit and a really great option. It has more than enough weight capacity and since it's mostly hidden it is mostly out of sight and also has better ground clearance.
