I may have a solution for you, but the Pace Edwards Full Metal Jacket with Explorer Series Rails # 311-FED77A01 is only compatible with the Pace Edwards Utility Rig Rack # 311-UR3004 or the Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR3004.
There are only a few models of tonneau covers that are compatible with Thule or Yakima ladder racks, but if you can let us know what the year, make and model of your truck is I can see if we have something that will work for you.
