Hello, I want to find out if the Swagman XTC-2 will work with a class 1 hitch on my 2011 Mazda 3 Sport. Thank you..

There are two different Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Racks, part # S64670 which is fixed is class I or part # S64671 which is a tilting rack is only class II rated.
The fixed rack will work on a 2011 Mazda 3 with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11393 for sedans or part # C11383 for hatchbacks but there is no way to used the above tilting rack.
