Question:
I have a 2016 Mazda CX5 with a 4 wire harness. It has a black lead connected to my battery. I want to upgrade to a 7 wire and use the CURT Wireless Brake Controller. I also want to provide power over auxillary wire to my RV trailer and install a battery isolation solenoid for it. I know I will have to install another wire to the battery to power the Wireless Controller. But what about the auxillary? Do I need a separate one for that too?

When installing the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 using the 7-way adapter kit part # ETBC7L what you can do is have the center pin of the 7-way be your additional 12 volt circuit for the trailer wiring. You'd just need to run a second 10 gauge wire ( # 10-1-1) and breaker like part # 9510 to the center pin of the 7-way on the trailer and vehicle side and you'd be good.
