Can the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Carry Bikes in Wheel Style or Fork Mount Style

Question:
I was wondering if it’s possible to carry a bike as a fork style instead of the tradional two wheel style with the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum. I was going to buy a separate bike rack to do just that but if this one does it also then I won’t bother purchasing it.

The Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes # RRRBC050-FB is only designed to carry bikes with the front wheel still installed.
If you'd like a fork mount rack then the Rhino-Rack Road Warrior # RBC036 or MountainTrail # RBC035 would be what you're looking for.
